EVERRA Real Estate started out in project selling for reputable developers mostly for Ayala Land Corporation and Villar Group of Companies. However we are also extending our services to other real estate investors and sellers, lessors and tenants. As our business grow so do inquiries and requests both from property sellers and buyers and from those wanting to rent out their properties and from prospective tenants. Hence, we found ourselves slowly drifting into real estate brokerage.

Since its operations in 2007, EVERRA Real Estate has been handled by a a licensed real estate broker who from experience knew the importance of dealing only with reputable developers when selling real estate. Since EVERRA was conceptualized, our Realtor® has decided to deal only with developers with proven track record and integrity.

The terms REALTOR® and REALTORS® are not synonymous with generic terms, such as "real estate practitioner" or "real estate agent" or "broker".
